1 General Terms & Conditions

Jazzbaz (operated by jazzbaz.onl) is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between jazzbaz and its users.

Jazzbaz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified by email of any significant updates.

2 Membership & Registration

To open an account on jazzbaz, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet any one of them may result in jazzbaz declining the registration or closing the account at a later stage.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Residents of countries where jazzbaz is prohibited are not eligible to register.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

Jazzbaz complies with international anti-money laundering policies. As a result, identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before processing withdrawals above a specified amount.

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of the payment method used.
• The verification process is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours.

Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held until KYC verification is complete. jazzbaz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account that refuses to provide the required information.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on jazzbaz can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, and various electronic wallets.

• Jazzbaz only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned if received.
• No fees are charged on deposits.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Jazzbaz processes withdrawals in a transparent and timely manner. The following conditions apply.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used to deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal via Mobile Banking is BDT 50,000.
• For large amounts via bank transfer, please contact support.
• Processing time is generally between 15 minutes and a maximum of 3 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before a bonus can be cashed out.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Jazzbaz reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

7 Gaming Rules

Every game in the jazzbaz lobby is supplied by an internationally licensed provider and operates under its own set of rules.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, game results are saved on the server.

• Live Casino rules are governed by the respective provider's guidelines.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jazzbaz and will result in immediate action upon detection.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Playing or managing someone else's account.
• Using software or bots to operate games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through jazzbaz.
• Harassing or threatening jazzbaz or any of its staff.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jazzbaz may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or deceptive activity.
• Refusal to provide KYC information.
• Evidence of prohibited activity.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting jazzbaz customer support. Any active bonus at the time of the closure request will be cancelled. However, the real money balance will be returned.

10 Responsible Gaming
